    1. Introduction

The World2one World Platform enables businesses and organizations to show you special coupons, promotions or offers (“Offers”) or messages and other information (“Notes” and together with Offers, “Content”), to individuals who have invited such businesses and organizations into the World2one World Platform, while enabling such individuals to remain anonymous to such businesses or organizations when viewing the Offers and Notes within the World2one World Platform (the “Services”). Our business model is built around protecting your privacy and anonymity and building your trust that World2one is a safe haven for learning about the businesses and organizations you are interested in without those businesses or organizations attempting to gather mounds of personal and behavioral information on you.

This Privacy Policy describes how World2one Holdings, LLC (“World2one”) uses the information of people who visit this website and use the Services (“Users”) and businesses and organizations who use the Services (“Clients”).

This Privacy Policy applies to World2one’s website (www.world2one.com) (the “Website”) and to World2one’s app for mobile devices (the “World2one App”). This Privacy Policy also applies to information gathered by World2one as Users use the Services, but it does not apply to any other services or websites that may be offered by Client, or to any third party sites that may be accessible through the Services. To understand how any third party treats your information (including your information related to the Services), you should contact such third party or read its privacy policy. We encourage you to read this entire Privacy Policy before using World2one’s Website or the Services.

Do not use the Website, the World2one App, or the Services if you are unwilling to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. By using any of the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. When you submit information to World2one or use the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is a part of the Merchant Terms of Service (the “Client Agreement”) and the User Terms of Service (“User Terms”).

    2. Information We Collect

2.1 From Clients and Prospective Clients

World2one actively collects information from Clients and prospective Clients who visit our Website or who become a Client by accepting the Clients Terms, both (i) by permitting them to communicate directly with World2one through the Website, via email, or otherwise and (ii) when they sign up (on the Website or otherwise) to become a World2one Client. Some of the information that a Client submits that is required for such Client to register to become a Client could identify the Client and its officers, such as business name and address, credit card or bank information (for billing purposes), type of business, telephone number, email address, zip code and names of responsible officers or employees. We refer to such information as “Identifiable Business Information.” In addition, Client may be asked to answer additional questions that are optional (“Optional Information”).

We will inform Clients which questions are optional. If a Client does not submit the required information to sign up for World2one’s Services or does not accept the Client Terms or agree to operate in accordance with the User Terms and this Privacy Policy in connection with the Services, Client will not be able to use the Services.

When a Client uses World2one’s Services, World2one will collect information related to the Client’s business and customers, as described in the Client Terms, the related User Terms and this Privacy Policy.

    2.2 From Users

Since World2one does not require that you submit any personal information that could identify you personally, such as your first and/or last name, telephone number, email address, zip code and birth date in order to register for the Services (“Personally Identifiable Information”), we do not have that information. As a result you can have confidence that your anonymity is protected. In the future, World2one may permit you to submit certain demographic information in order to permit us to provide recommendations to you of Client providing products and services of which you are interested in. Such optional questions may include demographic information, gender, financial information or other information.

    2.3 Cookies

    2.3.1 What Are Cookies?
